My Tesla charging wall mount stopped working and I wasn’t able to charge my car. After figuring out the source of the problem, we realized the electrical box was fried inside, almost caused a fire. Chuck with Brighton EV literally came out the next morning and put his work on hold to come assess the situation and fixed the problem. He spent hours in the heat, sweating (even offered him a sandwich). He stayed and made sure that the charging wall mount unit was working before he left. I cannot thank him enough. He went above and beyond and did more than I could ask for. I would highly highly recommend this company. What a wonderful service and blessing this was. Definitely using this company again. Thank you!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute lifesavers! Outstanding expertise and service.My previous installer fried my electrical box due to a completely improper installation. I called Brighton EV, and despite being based in Mesa, they traveled all the way to Glendale the very next day for an emergency service call. Their deep knowledge and decades of experience were obvious immediately. As an official Tesla Certified Installer, they fixed the damage and re-installed everything to Tesla's strict, high standards. Safe, clean craftsmanship from true professionals. Highly recommended!
